"⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with how my daughter’s membership was handled. My daughter stopped attending classes back in June. In early July, I received a call from the school regarding her attendance. I explained that she would not be returning and specifically asked for her membership to be canceled. I was told that was fine, so I believed the matter was taken care of. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was still being charged $180 per month for the next three months, despite my daughter not attending a single class during that time. I called and left voicemails but did not receive a return call, so I eventually went in person to speak with them. I was then told that they have a two-month advance cancellation policy and that I would not be receiving a refund. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, and I take responsibility for not checking my bank account every month to catch the continued charges sooner. However, I specifically called in July, explained that my daughter would not be returning, and asked for the membership to be canceled. I was told it was fine. At that point, I had every reason to believe the membership had been canceled. What makes this especially disappointing is that my daughter had been attending here and learning lessons about things like integrity, accountability, and doing the right thing. Unfortunately, I don’t feel those same principles were reflected in the way this situation was handled. Charging a family $540 for three months of a service that wasn’t being used, after the parent had already contacted the school to cancel, is extremely disappointing. I’m sharing my experience because I think parents should be aware of the cancellation policy and make sure they receive confirmation in writing when canceling a membership."

"This place is so family oriented and truly believe in helping the kids build confidence, stay focus, and learned both physical and emotional skills for real life experiences. All the masters and instructors care and it shows clearly. Its great place meeting other families who help cheer on all kids together!"

"We've had an incredible experience at Oh's Martial Arts! All three of our kids attend, and we've seen such a positive difference in each of them. Their confidence has grown, their attitudes have improved, and they genuinely look forward to every class. Master Oh, Master Glenn, Ryan, and the entire team do an amazing job of encouraging every student while also making parents feel included in the learning process. It's clear they care about each child's growth, both on and off the mat. One of the things we appreciate most is their focus on teaching strong values like respect, discipline, perseverance, and kindness alongside martial arts. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Oh's Martial Arts to any family looking for a positive, supportive environment for their children."

"I had high hopes for Oh's. My husband, son, and I were invited to their "bring a friend" night. We were offered to pay $29 (which we were told was going to a charity?) for a two-week trial. At the end of the said two-week trial, we were offered (see photo) a seven month "program" for $179.00/month + $99 for a registration fee. The photo shows how many payments the "program" is... That's it. We put our debit card information on a sheet and that was it. Payments began and we moved on - thinking nothing of it. Fast forward - My husband and I found a home and needed to end our son's seven month "program" due to finances. I had to chase the owner down for a conversation for two days. When I finally got to communicate with the owner, I was told we were responsible for committing to paying said seven months with no other option - except for a "pause" for two months. It wasn't until I got my husband on the phone that we were then told -again, by said owner- that we had to show documentation proving finding said home/the date that we were moving into said home that they would then "terminate" said "program". Here's the thing - WE NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT. I shouldn't of had to show ANYTHING. There was NO legally binding document. It felt very manipulative! I felt gas lit - like did I sign a contract? Why am I being made to feel like I'm trying to break one...? Or that there's no way out? My card was still not deleted in front of me and I have my bank on standby to prevent further payments from being deducted. There is no commitment to said seven month "program", but parents are being manipulated and gas lit to feel there is. Said photo is NOT a contract and does not detail any form of commitment. That's the problem. In this economy, that's hurtful. To not inform parents of YOUR definition of a "program" upon signing them up and then make them feel they are stuck is the complete opposite of what you guys pride yourself on and teach the kids. All in all - I think the classes are a fun experience, for the kids, and they teach good morals and values. It's the lack of implementing them on the business side of things that is disheartening. Other recent (lowest) reviews attest to this. Ultimately, our engagement with the other staff was pleasant. Had this not happened, we would've paused until we were financially secure and taken our son back. My desire is for this to be aired out and addressed before another parent or parent(s) experience this and feel trapped in a financial bind they are not bound to."

"We are grateful for the care and dedication of Ohs to our daughter. She has learned and grown so much the last year being with them since the start of kindergarten. The staff are caring, loving and encouraging. They provide a playful fun environment while offering a more structured and disciplined space during their class. Our daughter comes home excited to share about daily field trip adventures this summer in camp and we are thrilled she is having so much fun. Thank you Ohs! :)"

"Oh’s is a great place for kids of all ages. Our young son was having issues at school with pushing and kicking. After a few months with Oh’s instructors, our kiddo has completely turned around the behavior. He is much more respectful, kind, and focused. Amazing place for kids growth. No more issues at school or dreaded talks with teachers during school pickup."
