Little Dragons starts at age 3. Kids Martial Arts is for ages 6 to 12, and teens and adults train in our adult classes. Call (727) 393-4567 if you're not sure where your child fits.

Yes, and those are great reasons to start. Every student moves at their own pace. Nobody gets put on the spot or left on the bench.

Yes. Classes are supervised by black belt instructors, drills are matched to age and skill, and safety comes first in every class.

What should we wear to the first class?

Comfortable workout clothes. We train barefoot on the mats. Bring a water bottle and arrive about 10 minutes early.

No. Most adults start as total beginners. You'll get fitter by training, not before.
